Token of Love Printed Bamboo Scarf
Token of Love Printed Bamboo Scarf
SKU:
Designed from a black-and-white embroidered panel from 1821, thoughtfully stitched by artist Agnes Dickinson, it features the words “Token of Love” and “Those absent yet beloved” in amongst the birds, wreaths and flowers. The print was turned into a print and married it with another work of art — a French woodcut heart made by Lucienne Marchal featuring the words (in French) “I hope you get everything your heart desires this year." The scarf is modelled after vintage French scarves to create chic, easy to wear designs for every day use. Wear them wrapped once around the neck, tucked in to a jacket, or tied in the hair.
Crafted from soft viscose, the fabric is a lighter, airier weight than our kimonos, with the same beautifully soft feel. They make the perfect gift too! Pure bamboo / wood viscose. Handwash, hang to dry. 68cm x 160cm.
Made by one of our favourite brands - Market of Stars, Canada.

Caring for your pieces
Caring for your pieces. The luxuriously soft, natural bamboo & wood viscose blends are easy to love and easy to care for - whether you’re at home or travelling. Hand-wash (or machine wash on delicate cycle only) by swishing your piece around in cool water with a mild detergent for a minute or two before rinsing. Lightly squeeze out the excess water, then roll up in a towel to remove additional moisture. Gently shake out and reshape your piece in all directions and hang to dry. Finish with an iron if needed. Should any shrinkage occur, gently reshape while damp, and then carefully iron after drying to restore the size and finish of your piece. Voila! Like new — again and again.
