Hi Danielle, overall its s lovely shaped item. I did however find it to be a bit small; I didnt realise these were considerably smaller than the traditional rectangular shapes bottles. Mum has also mentioned that the shaggy casing even though soft to the touch, slips between her feet when she cradles it in bed. Having said that, the packaging and attention to detail is spot on!

Unlike larger traditional hot water bottles, the heart design has a 1L capacity, making it lighter and easier to position, whether resting on a tummy, a sore knee or wherever a little warmth (or cooling comfort) is needed. Both the capacity and dimensions are clearly in the product description. I'm sorry the soft cover wasn't quite suited to your mum's preference when used at her feet in bed, and I appreciate you sharing her experience. Thank you, Danielle xo
